Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey was conducted on August 11, 2022, and found Brightstar Care of Happy Valley had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. Deficiencies were cited as a result of a home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on May 23, 2022.
